Here at Blue Earth, LLC., we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it
right.

1. Simply place your order. Your 30-day Risk-Free guarantee begins from the day your
order is delivered.

2. Receive all the support you need from our Customer Service Team. We’re here to help!

3. If you are not satisfied with any of these products for any reason within 30 days of
receipt, connect with customer service for resolution or a refund at [email protected].

Return Process

1. Contact Us: For support with your return, email us: [email protected]. Provide
your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).


2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where
to send your item.


3. Ship the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an
error was made on our part.


4. Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Blue Earth, LLC, may result in the rescission of
the satisfaction guarantee trial.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within
7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging for quicker resolution.

 

Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be
charged for the upcoming period.

However, Blue Earth, LLC does not offer refunds for unused portions of a current subscription period.

 

Refund Processing Time
Once BlueTerra TM receives your refund request, they will review it and respond within 7 business days.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
