This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which BlueTerraTM will offer refunds for purchases made on the BlueTerraTM website (the “Service”).

General Policy

BlueTerraTM offers a 60-day money-back guarantee made on the Service. We understand that situations may arise where a refund may be warranted. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Circumstances for Refunds

  • Duplicate Charges:If you are accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, BlueTerraTM will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Incorrect Service:If you purchase a service on BlueTerraTM that is demonstrably not what was advertised or described, BlueTerraTM may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Technical Issues:If you experience technical issues with a purchased service that prevent you from using it as intended, and BlueTerraTM cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund may be offered.
  • Subscription Cancellations:If you cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period. However, BlueTerraTM does not offer refunds for unused portions of a current subscription period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact BlueTerraTM customer support by email at hello@blueterraco.com. Be sure to include the following information in your request:

  • Your name and email address are associated with your BlueTerraTM account. 
  • Order number or transaction ID of the purchase you wish to be refunded.
  • A clear and concise explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  • Any relevant documentation or screenshots supporting your request (optional).

Refund Processing Time

Once BlueTerraTM receives your refund request, they will review it and respond within 5 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Please note that the following purchases are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital Downloads:Due to the nature of digital downloads, BlueTerraTM does not offer refunds for these purchases unless there is a technical issue preventing download or access.
  • Services Rendered:BlueTerraTM does not offer refunds for services already rendered, unless there is a documented issue with the service as described above (Incorrect Service or Technical Issues).
